A molecules ( SpiroAc-TRZ ) based on the spiroacridine-triazine hybrid can yield a highly efficient TADF emitter simultaneously possessing nearly unitary (100%)PLQY, excellent thermal stability, and strongly horizontally oriented emitting dipoles (with Θ// = 83%). Such a TADF emitter has been used to generate extremely efficient EL with IQE of nealy 100% and very high EQE of nearly 37% in conventional planar OLED structures.
